Rental Rates

Start Date	End Date	Weekly/Nightly		Rates based on Occupancy of 10 Persons. Groups in excess of 10 approved on an individual basis and additional fees will apply. Rates are in $US Dollars and subject to change without notice. $300 aditional cleaning fee for stays less than one week. House will be cleaned prior to arrival. If you would like a mid week cleaning, the additional fee is $300. No Pets and No Smoking allowed. 7 Night Minimum for most weeks. Please inquire about stays for less than 7 nights.

Rental Policies

Half of total rental is required to reserve this house. Total rental due 45 days prior to rental. $1000 security deposit required, to be refunded upon inspection after checkout.

Half of the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 45 days prior to the reservation date.
